Jamil originally joined Target in 2011 as a member of the Target.com leadership team in the role of Director, Strategy & New Business Development. In 2012, Jamil was promoted to lead the omnichannel transformation across the enterprise as Senior Director, Multichannel Strategy. Previously, Jamil served as Director, Global Marketing, Strategy & Planning for The Walt Disney Company’s $14B portfolio of travel and leisure businesses. His responsibilities included long-range strategy, marketing, new business development, and partnership and alliance development for Disney’s businesses worldwide. He gained leadership experience in international markets such as China and France and with large-scale technology and guest experience transformations. Earlier in his career, Jamil led several consumer businesses as a brand manager for General Mills. He began his career as a management consultant with the Boston Consulting Group, where he advised Fortune 100 clients on strategic and operational matters.
Jamil holds a BA magna cum laude from Harvard College in economics and computer science and an MBA from the Harvard Business School, where he was selected as a Baker Scholar. He serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Science Museum of Minnesota. Jamil also serves as an Advisory Board member for the Trust for the National Mall in Washington, D.C. Finally, he serves as an Advisory Board member for an early-stage data science and marketing analytics start-up. Jamil lives with his wife in Minneapolis.

Prior to joining Rue La La, Molly was the Director of eCommerce product management at Smarter Travel Media, a TripAdvisor company. While with Smarter Travel Media, Molly led the development of SniqueAway, a flash-sale site in the travel space. Additionally, she launched Tingo, a hotel-booking website that monitors rates to ensure travelers pay the lowest possible room rate.
Before Smarter Travel Media, Molly was with Peterson’s, an educational publishing house, where she built products for high school and college students to help budget for and identify educational opportunities.

As the Director of Product Management and Mobile GM at Travelocity, Blake leads the business strategy and execution for Travelocity's mobile channel. This includes mobile apps, mobile responsive web, and all mobile marketing efforts (including handling the Roaming Gnome's cell phone bill, which is large).
Blake has been innovating in mobile commerce for over 10 years, including his time at start ups, like Handango where he was a product owner pioneering mobile application sales. During this time Blake launched a number of app stores for clients like: Sony Ericsson, Research in Motion, and Nokia.

Howard Blumenthal is currently Director of Platform Solutions for eBusiness at Advance Auto Parts. Howard joined Advance in April, 2009 as a founding member of the eBusiness team and within 6 months launched Advance's first B2C site and Customer Care center. Advance's first B2B site followed two months later. Courtney started working at Zappos.com in December of 2009. Through out her different positions with the Zappos.com organization she had many great mentors and learned an immense amount of knowledge about ecommerce. Shortly after leading Zappos.com she started working for the up and coming “need to know” brand NastyGal.com as the Site Merchandising manager. In a previous life, I was into microprocessor design and simulation. I developed and integrated the first combined Graphics and Processor Memory Controller simulator at AMD to predict and analyze the performance impact of AMD's Fusion CPUs. My first rookie Master's publication when I was a student at Georgia Tech was awarded the Best Paper by the prestigious IBM's TJ Watson Research, and a subsequent publication was adopted by AMD in one of their CPUs even before I finished graduate school. In addition, I also worked on developing graphical frameworks for Simulink and MATLAB at The Mathworks in Boston.

Prior to Snipi, Andre was the President, CEO and Founder of Omeda Design + Technology, which offered design and web application services. While he was still in college, Andre recognized the growing interest in portable physician scheduling and billing solutions and, developed MediLync—a proprietary handheld patient scheduling and billing solution housed in PDAs. At the time, MediLync became one of the most widely used mobile solutions among small physician practices. The MediLync technology was acquired in 2004.
More recently, Tutelman has held roles at venture backed businesses LifeShield and WineAccess, where he helped lead strategic partnerships and paid acquisition marketing respectively. At Sidecar, Tutelman has helped to lead a restructuring of the sales team and process, which has led in part to Sidecar’s accelerated growth.
