Danielle Harvey

As Wyndham Hotel Group's Director of Customer Insight & Optimization, Danielle Harvey strategizes and leads the creation of great customer experiences through designing, testing and delivering new functions and features for Wyndham Hotel Group's 15 global brands.  She is responsible for leading the A/B and multivariate testing program across desktop, tablet and mobile platforms.  She also oversees user research and voice of the customer data collection and analysis for all online channels.  Danielle has 10 years of experience in the eCommerce world with expertise in areas across online marketing, user experience and IT, with the vast majority of her career being in the travel industry.  Prior to joining Wyndham Hotel Group in 2011, she worked at Toys R Us and Avis Budget Group.
