With more than 10 years of direct-to-consumer experience, her focus on revenue-driving strategies has effectively increased customer retention across all channels, including email, catalog and direct mail, as well as business intelligence. While at Silver Star Brands, Jennifer has lead marketing efforts on launching private credit, increasing average order size, and further developing behavior-based triggered emails. Prior to Silver Star Brands Jennifer was at American Girl focusing on catalog marketing and forecasting.
