As Director of eCommerce at The Vermont Teddy Bear Company, Ryan is tasked with overseeing daily sales and operations of all company web properties. He is currently leading a re-platforming project, which will bring personalization, testing, and optimization forward to play a more central role in digital operations.

Prior to joining The Vermont Teddy Bear Company, Ryan was at Windstream Communications where he was responsible for Digital Customer Acquisition, Digital Customer Support, and Digital Customer Engagement. There, Ryan established testing & optimization as a core component of all web activities and helped to establish a "data first" mentality.
