Charis Márquez is the Director of E-Commerce and Digital for Kenmore, Craftsman and DieHard brands at Sears Holdings Corporation. In this role, she leads a team of professionals in digital marketing, social media, ecommerce and user experience to support and drive revenue for the Brands. Prior to working with Kenmore, Craftsman and DieHard, Charis held various roles within Product Management and Digital Strategy, building and launching Sears' first foreign language website and Sears' first localized website. Charis has also has spearheaded hundreds of online and multi-channel capabilities for Sears.com and Kmart.com.
