Pattiann McAdams

Pattiann is currently the CEO and Founder of RENTBID, LLC located in Columbus Ohio.  Ms McAdams-Russell spent her last 4 years as GM/SVP for Bath and Body Works Direct, a division of Limited Brands.  She led the direct business and had full P&L responsibilities.  She managed all digital functions for the business. Under her leadership the business doubled in 2 years in sales and profit while driving the assortment and pricing to be aligned with retail.  Prior to that she was General Manager of the Online Division of AVON Products, Inc for 10 years of her career.   She led the Internet business for the North America which includes the online operations with full P&L responsibility for the US, Canada, Puerto Rico and the Dominic Republic.  

She also engages as an expert consultant to large enterprise companies that are faced with challenges in digital transformation and integration. With her 20 years of experience in managing digital businesses she is well positioned to help transform and integrate digital strategies within large organizations thus transforming models to remain competitive and relevant with today’s consumers.  

Pattiann, a frequent speaker at industry events and an acknowledged authority on online marketing, has been cited in CMO Magazine, Internet Retailer Magazine, Electronic Retailer Magazine and Marketing Shephra.  She was awarded one of the Top female executives on Omni channel marketing in 2013.
